MONUMENT OR REDEVELOPMENT AREA
Not only individual monuments in need of renovation in accordance with Section 7i EStG, but also historic and historical buildings in designated renovation areas in accordance with Section 7h EStG are of absolute interest to us.
REGIONS
Our focus is on the Rhine-Neckar region and the southern Palatinate. However, this is only the core region for us and we are generally open to the entire southern and central German region.
