Historic estate Modernity meets
The three-sided courtyard is planned and developed as a reinterpretation of a Franconian farmstead. Characteristic is the arrangement of the main house, side house and former tobacco barn around a historic inner courtyard. The historical and rural reference of the architecture is to be preserved. As a result, 18 exclusive and charming apartments are being created here, bringing the historical and rural character of the buildings into the modern age.

Project 5
Baroque jewel at the gates of Baden-Baden
The building, which was built by Alois Binz as a tavern at the beginning of the 18th century, will be developed by us into exclusive living space over the coming months. The baroque architecture will be carefully respected and complemented with modern furnishings. Seven contemporary and exclusive residential units will thus be created in the vineyards on Fremersberg. The development should be completed by the end of 2025, after which the project will be implemented.
